Etha beat Apollon Limassol quite easy with 78-60 with the two newcomers for the Coach Livadiotis being the top men as both the ex AEK Athens guard, Kyles (who just arrived from the Greek league and AEK Athens) and the well known to Etha Massamba were the main reasons of this second win in four games for the Engomis team. 3rd week: First blood for Keravnos and APOEL the only unbeaten team

 The third week of the Cyprus league was the week where Keravnos Strovolou suffered its first loss. The Strovolos team had a dead period (the fourth one against AEK in Larnaka) and lost quite easy at the end with 84-70. Keravnos Strovolou agreed terms with 34-year old Serbian forward Slavisa Bogavac. He played last season at Gaz Metan in Romanian Liga Nationala. In 25 games he had 13.2ppg, 6.2rpg, 1.1apg and 1.7spg.
